 www.showmecables.com  has a bracket for 1, 2, 4, 5 RU sizes...though not too deep, so it would work for a panel, but not a frame or deep unithttp://www.showmecables.com/viewItem.asp?idProduct=10887It wall mounts  a panel…pretty cute idea for a single on-wall solution for customers who need such a thing…on sale  for around $20It attaches to the wall and has a hole to bring cables through the wall.
