Question:  How do I go about creating a connection from my Eclipse frame / panels to an in-house PA system?  I would like to activate a talk from my V-Panel using an "Stage Announce" key to activate an audio feed to the PA system. 
Answer: 
1.  Connect input of a PA amplifier to unused MVX-A16 port of frame using 4-wire line level connections
2.  Declare unused port as a DIRECT 4-wire and name it "STAGE ANNC"
3.  Set port parameters as needed...
     * latch disable
     * output gain as needed (between -45db and +15db)
     * in use tally
4.  Place STAGE ANNC label on V-panel as a talk label
5.  Apply change to frame - stage announce key is now ready to use.
