Wireless IFB: How do I adjust the block 26 frequencies on my PRC-2 receiver?

The PRC-2 receiver on block 26 is capable of being tuned from 665.600Mhz to 691.100Mhz in 100Khz increments using the two rotary switches recessed under the slide door cover on the side of the receiver.  See the picture below for the location of the two rotary switches.

The left hand rotary switch adjusts frequences in 1.6Mhz increments, the right hand switch adjusts frequencies in 100Khz increments.  The switches are both labeled from 0 to F, using the attached chart below the user can manually adjust the frequency of a block 26 receiver to match the frequency of a block 26 PTX-2 or PTX-3 IFB transmitter.
