On the V series panels it seems that there are 2 relays (Mute and Aux) which can be used for other functions by ‘attaching’ them to a control in the control manager work screen. “Is that correct”?
Yes this is correctYou can attach the mute / aux relay to a control (ECS > Control Manager). Whenever the control is active the relay will fire and trigger whatever is attached to the panel. Note: the Mute relay can also be set to automatically trigger whenever any talk key on your panel is pressed. This is normally used to mute local monitor speakers in the control room . There is a check box in the matrix hardware > advance settings screen for V series panels.
