My Concert client PC can't connect with Windows7 but Windows XP is OK.All headset / microphone devices are grayed out.
Answer: Concert does not fully support the use of non-English characters for microphone and headset devices.Your Win 7 PC is not set for English .,.. so renames all devices using characters from your local country language Rename the microphone (recording) / headsets (playback) devices using English characters
