Answer:Yes using the Optocore X6R-FX-INTERCOM 
This device is intended to be used to extend up to eight of the Clear-Com’s matrix intercom stations from the main frame, whether Matrix Plus 3 or Eclipse or Drake . It can also be used to provide up to eight 4wire lines between intercom main frames, whether for “tie-lines” or “intelligent linking”. This device can also be used to provide 8 high-quality 4-wire circuits over two fibers between any other two pieces of equipment.

CONNECTIONS: Standard RJ-45 connectors and CAT 5 cables are used for connection to Matrix or Panel ports.
