Matrix: Headset Microphone is not working in my V-Panels?

Solution:  Check that the Panel Headset Mic Gain is not set to a low level like 20db.
If the Headset Mic Gain is set to a low level? You need to increase the level and here is how do: The Headset Mic Gain can be increase from the Panel:

Go to Panel Menu > LocalPref > Level Adj > HS MIC *settings up or down*

The other way to change the Headset Mic Gain is from the ECS or HX:

Go to Hardware > Cards and Ports > Card slot (MVX) > Port number > Gain Options >
Set the Headset Mic Gain > Apply Changes > Select with Apply changes with reset and clear all memory.
Note: Apply changes with reset and clear all memory, This option will clear all V-Panels memory, i.e. any local panel setting will be set to default.

Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
