Matrix: EHX 7.0.0 configuration slots now renamed to "Configuration Banks"

In ECS 5.2.4 software the user has the option of loading a specific configuration into 1 of 4 possible "Slots" 
In EHX 7.0.0 software the user has the option of loading a specific configuration into 1 of 4 possible "Configuration Banks" 
The user can access these banks via the "Tools" drop down menu bar in EHX software. 
The Tools drop down menu also contains the following menu options enabled "ON" by default checkmark:
Open Last Project on Login
Enable Uploading Configurations
Enable Ten Character Labels
Display Help Screens
