ICON: LQ is registered to a SIP server but cannot dial out and shows not acceptable connection

One of the most common problems with SIP telephone calls is that the two end devices (phones) do not support or use the same audio codecs. This will often result in the call being rejected

Please check the online SIP account can support LQ codecs.LQ uses the following codecs G711u/A law and G722

You can use a 3rd party PC SIP client app and select codec G.711u/A law (sometimes know as PCM u/A law) and connect to the same SIP extn number as the LQ and try making to calls for testing if you are experiencing problems
