Matrix: How do I configure a panel key to record a SIP telephone conversation?

To record a SIP telephone conversation from a panel, do the following:
Create a forced listen in Local Advanced from the SIP line to the recorder port.  This records the incoming audio on the SIP line.
Create a fixed group for the panel key.  Include  in the group the SIP port, and also the recorder port.  Under "Attached Control Options" in secondary action, select SIP signaling for the SIP port.
