Freespeak II is licensed for the following part of the 1.9 GHz band:   North America, (USA and Canada) 1.92 - 1.93 GHz (Half band)
Freespeak II is approved for sale to the following international countries:
Note: Please check with Clear-Com sales as the list is always constantly being updated and reviewed. A number of regions around the world use similar frequency bands therefore check with your local government  agency to see if one of the pre-approved frequencies apply
EC Countries 1.88 - 1.90 GHz (Full band)
Australia 1.88 - 1.90 GHz (Full band)
New Zealand 1.88 - 1.90 GHz (Full band)
Mexico 1.91-1.93 GHz (Full band)
Chile 1.92-1.93 GHz (Half band)
Brazil 1.91-1.92 GHz (Half band)
Argentina 1.91-1.93 GHz (Full band)
Japan 1.895–1.902 (Half band shared with PHS)
(Note for Japan: You can have 5 BPs per Antenna but maybe only 2 antennas in
the same RF space – this is due to the presence of a legacy telephone system in
Japan where 3 of the possible 5 DECT channels have to be avoided if the PHS
telephone system is detected)

Depending on the country of operation FS II operates on either 5 bands or 10 bands between 1881
MHz and 1933 MHz.
