Partyline: How many RS-701 beltpacks will a TWC-701 support?

Question:  How many RS-703 beltpacks will a TWC-701 support?  I'm setting up a system with a MS-702 main station. 
The TWC-701 interface will support up to 15 RS-703 series beltpacks reliably on a TW line (channels A and B combined on the same 3-pin XLR cable).  If you should exceed the 600 mA maximum there is a re-settable circuit breaker. See the drawing below for proper wiring of a TW beltpack line:
