HELIXNET: sidetone latency when using Helixnet

I am hearing a high latency on my sidetone when using Helixnet
Solution
  • Side tone latency on all HelixNet products is between 5 and 7ms.
  • In the initial release of 2.0.37, side tone on the speaker station and remote station was about 20ms higher because of the echo canceller that these products have. The echo canceller was removed from the headset side tone path after  production release of v2.0.38
