Encore: Interfacing TW47 with a radio

I am trying to interface my radio with a TW47 and the radio configurations in the manual are not working. What can I do?
We have referred many of our customers to MW COM Solutions at (USA) 858-869-5232. 
They have many off the shelf cable solutions and can proved custom cables as well if required.
