IP Products: Concert Client won't log in successfully
Question: I have an Eclipse HX frame with a Concert server that is licensed for 5 users, working well but I recently installed a client on a desktop PC and have tried to log in using one of my existing client licenses, but it won't let me log in. The log in fails and opens the client configuration screen devices tab.
Answer: If the PC doesn't have a built in mic or speaker the client won't let you log in. Install a USB headset and see if the issue resolves itself.
