Wireless: FreeSpeak DTL keys deactivate on press and hold / non-latch keys latch

Wireless: FreeSpeak DTL keys deactivate on press and hold / non-latch keys latch

Dual talk & listen keys on a FreeSpeak beltpack can lose the talk and listen path when being pressed for some time. Double tap latching is enabled. They latch the DTL key’s listen state and then press to talk. After some seconds (seems to be random) the red LED deactivates (so does the talk audio path) and only listen remains. When the button is released in that state the listen path also deactivates. If the button is kept pressed for a little longer the red LED returns and the button behaves as if nothing happened. I have observed this and shot a video

Update Eclipse matrix rack code and FreeSpeak beltpack firmware to ECS V5.1.3 or later also upgrade
Update rack firmware to 13.90 or later and beltpack to 179 or later
