Question: Are there any known issues regarding E32 and E-Pico units not connecting to ECS when using certain types Ethernet 10/100 switch.
I cannot download or ping the E-Pico matrix when I use my Cisco Linksys 10/100 switch, but if I change the Ethernet switch to another make then everything works fine
Answer:
A recent change has been applied to the Eclipse-Pico hardware that addresses this issue.
This hardware change was applied to production units from July 2012.
We do not have a list of affected switches, but examples were the Cisco Linksys 10/100 switch and the Netgear FS108P
