Wireless: Does the CellCom config editor software support Ethernet LAN connectivity?

Question:  Does the CellCom config editor software support Ethernet LAN connectivity for downloads / uploads of the base station map?  I only see serial upload / download capability on the config editor GUI.
Answer:  If the config editor GUI only shows serial upload / download options, then the user has CellCom toolkit version 1.5.6 or earlier software.  The config editor GUI was updated to support ethernet connectivity starting with version 1.5.7.2 and continuing with version 2.0.2, 2.03 and 2.04.  The ethernet configurable GUI will ask the user for the IP address of the base station only (no subnet or gateway is asked for in the config editor GUI). Since the GUI only asks for the IP address be sure to use an IP address on the same subnet on the PC hosting the configuration editor software.
Config Editor software version 1.5.7.2 was released in April 2008.
