Matrix: What are the basic steps for connecting an IP panel to a matrix

When setting up IP panels there are 4 basic things  1)      Make sure theIVC-32 card Dip switch settings are correct 2)      Make sure theTCP/ UDP ports 6001 are open on any firewall / router / gateway
3)      Is the IPpanel connected on the same LAN / network as the IVC-32 card : then set theLOGIN IP on the IP panel to be the same as the IVC-32 internal IP address
4)      Is the IP panelconnected on a network outside of the customers own internal network: then setthe LOGIN IP on the IP panel to be the same as the IVC-32 external IP address ·        AND make sure the customer gateway has portforwarding setup. The customer IT dept must make the port forwardingchange. This is NOT something Clear-Com do because it affects the customers whole ITnetwork ·        Customer IT dept must make a port forwarding rule:Map IVC-32 external IP address to IVC-32 internal IP address   a)     The dip switches on the IVC-32 card need to be setto OFF. ON. OFF. OFF. ·        This change will make the IVC-32 card support 100MbEthernet
