Matrix: Agent IC cannot find IVC-32 server

If a customer states that their  (iPhone) Agent IC app won't find the IVC-32 server, and the Agent IC app gives me the message "Can't find server. Retrying."
In the Agent IC options check to see if there are any accidental spaces before or after the server name/IP address. Such a space can inhibit a connection to your Eclipse-HX  system.

Applies to Agent-ICconnecting to Eclipse -HX 9.1 or earlier versions
