Wireless: HME Pro850 BP850 beltpack starts cutting out if we get much further than 30 or 40 feet.

We are using 2 HME Pro850 BP850 belt packs one works like it always has the other one starts cutting out if we get much further than 30 or 40 feet.
Answer:
It’s possible that there is either RF interferenceor the programming of the beltpac is corrupted. I would suggest loading theprofile of a working beltpac into the questionable beltpac to confirm eitherconditions are not the problem. So for example if beltpac #1 is bad but beltpac#2 is good. Load the profile for beltpac #2 into beltpac #1. If the conditions remainthe same on the beltpac it will need to be sent in for service. Of course donot have the original beltpac #2 powered on during this test.
