If an unconfigured E-MADI card is plugged into a matrix frame in a lower slot number than the configured E-DANTE card, the E-DANTE card will show the front panel ERROR LED lit. The Dante module will be operational by the user in the DANTE Controller but no audio will be available on the frames backplane. There will be no error messages in the Event Log.
Removing the unconfigured E-MADI card or configuring it will solve the problem.
