Concert: Concert Server not loading from external DVD drive
Question: I’m having a problem installing the 2.7.2 version of concert. I have a brand new DVD and get the message that is displayed in the attached picture when trying to install. I’m using an external USB DVD to install this software. error may look like this: Unable to open input kickstart file: Could not open/read file://mnt/pstconfig/Concert/ksconcert.cfg
Answer: If the Concert Server DVD is not loading from an external CD / DVD drive connect an internal CD / DVD drive. Make sure your boot order in the BIOS is set to the CD / DVD drive as the first boot device. Change this setting back to the Hard Disk as the primary boot device post installation of the OS.
