Matrix: Where can I download Matrix Plus 3 firmware to upgrade my system?
You can find all of the versions of Matrix Plus 3 Software here:-

Please note: You may have to complete a 1min registration form first
Download all the files associated with the version that you wish to upgrade to, making sure that you include the firmware updater program.
You should then be able to follow through the upgrade instructions (paying close attention to the upgrade order) in order to upgrade your system
