MATRIX AND REMOTE V-PANEL APPLICATION FIRMWARE UPGRADE:
Can I upgrade a Remote V-Panel Application Firmware from V 5.0 to the Current V 5.xx?
Yes you can upgrade the application firmware for Remote V-Panels by using Voice IP.
- Set up the Matrix configurations for the Remote panel.
- Set up the Voice units.
- Connect the local Matrix to the Voice Server and the Remote panel to the Voice client.
- Go to ECS and Open the map:
- Select System > Layout > Firmware > Update Firmware > Next > Select Hardware Type > Select Panel > Select > Brows and locate the application Firmware file > 710818Z.4kp > Next Confirm Download.
- The download will take time depending the number of remote panels to be upgrade and the locations.
