Matrix: How can I save the Matrix+3 Firmware Version Report as a file?

Question:  I want to save the Matrix +3 Firmware Version Report as a file in order to forward it in a email to a Clear-Com Applications Engineer for analysis.  I only see an option to print the report via a local printer, not to save it as a file.
Answer:  There are several ways to create a file from the firmware version report generated from the diagnostics menu.
1.  The simplest way to save the information would be to simply use the "ALT + Print Screen" method to capture a screen image in JPEG or BMP format.  The obvious drawback to this method is you only capture what you see on the screen, for a large report multiple screen shots must be taken and the file size can be large if saved as a .bmp format.
2.  Select print as Adobe PDF or PDF Creator if you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat installed.  This will print the file as an Adobe PDF document.
3.  Install a Generic/Text only printer by clicking on Add Printer in the Printers folder in Windows.  Print the firmware version report to this Generic/Text only printer using "print to a file" check box checked.  The resulting .prn file will contain text only, which you can view with Notepad, Word, etc.
Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
