Matrix: Can I upgrade both processor cards at the same time in a Eclipse frame?

The processor cards in a Eclipse Median or Omega frame can both be upgraded at the same time from ECS release versions 4.2.16 and above provided that both processor cards are at the same firmware version at the time of the upgrade using the ECS firmware updater embedded in ECS software. 
ECS 4.2 --> ECS 5.0
ECS 5.0 --> ECS 5.1
This allows the upgrade of both A and B banks of memory on both cards during the application firmware upgrade process.  The processor cards will momentarily flash A and B during this upgrade process. 
Since the E-Pico frame only has one processor card section the upgrade process on this series frame will upgrade both sections during the upgrade process.
