Agent IC: How many keys should I expect to see on my android tablet?

The maximum number of keys that can be programmed in EHX software is 23 (talk and listen).
The number of keys that can be displayed on a tablet depends on the size of the tablet.  
For example:
On a Samsung Galaxy Tab4 8 inch display tablet the number of keys shown is 15 (3 columns / 5 rows of keys displayed)
On a Samsung Galaxy Tab4 10 inch display tablet the number of keys shown is 23 (4 columns / 6 rows of keys displayed)
Tablets can display only one page of key labels.
