Matrix: Is there any indication on the Matrix side (on a panel) if Agent IC lost its connection?
There are several ways Example Agent IC user = Milan Phone a) Use Station connected tally:
b) Use the EHX IP devices screen to monitor is the Agent IC user has logged in
The Agent IC device must be on the same subnet at the IVC-32 card
c) Use the EHX monitor screen
