While CMAPSI and PGMWIN are no longer supported by Clear-Com 
Any Win10 compliant virtual XP machine could be run on a Win10 to allow support for legacy Drake 4000 CMAPSi and Matrix+3 PGMWIN configuration tool

Note: This also applies to the RCS-WIN program for RCS-2700 units
