Tempest nowoffers Seamless Roaming! Tempest ver 3.0 allows 2.4GHz belts to move from zone tozone without any user intervention. Each belt can roam between up to 16 zones. Normal, Shared and Split modes are supported. Modes can be mixed to make verylarge systems all with the same great RF performance that users have come toexpect from Tempest. Roaming requires that each Base Station, RT and Beltpackhave radio version 1.18. Older radios can be upgraded at the factory for a fee. A ZSync source is also required. With Tempest, large area coverage is noproblem!
