Matrix: Can I see / monitor in EHX if a LQ unit is connected via IVC (using EHX v8.7)

Matrix: Can I see / monitor in EHX if a LQ unit is connected via IVC (using EHX v8.7)

I am using a number of LQ boxes connected to a IVC-32 card in my Eclipse-HX matrix . Is there a way to monitor if the connection is up
Answer:
In the LQ CCM (Web browser screen) via the External systems page you will see a green dot showing the LQ connection to the IVC card is good

What about using the EHX IP devices screen?
Due to limitations using the IP devices screen we recommend to use the EHX monitoring screen because it is more reliable

Also, will it work when thedevices are separated from the matrix by NAT on our VLANs?  Yes, this status is based uponwhether the IP port on the IVC-32 is connected to something - it does not matterwhere.  Is there a time delay whenpanels and LQ go offline before it is shown as an error? As soon as the IVC-32detects the channel is offline it is reported and updated in EHX, Note. If the connection is broken or offline the IVC-32 doesn't time out for about 15 seconds before it is reportedto  EHX.
