Matrix: How does global latch disable work on a Freespeak II beltpack?

Question:  I'm new to EHX software / programming latch disable on FSII beltpacks.  If I set a beltpack role to global
latch disable will that disable all the keys (A, B, C, D and reply if programmed) for latch disable functionality?
Answer:  Global latch disable functionality for a beltpack role does not disable all key positions on a FSII beltpack.
The role is a key name, thus if global latch disable is selected for a key name / role any panel or FSII beltpack key
position that uses that key name / role will be latch disabled.
So if the user wants all keys latch disabled on a FSII beltpack they will have to select global latch disable for every
key on that pack or open the local advanced menu latch disable tab to disable all keys or go to the panel menu and
select the desired FSII beltpack and right click on the keys and select local advanced latch disable from the drop down
menu.
Once any of these options are selected / implemented the user will down the change to the frame to activate the change.
