Wireless: Does the Tempest MasterBelt support either 2 -wire or 4-wire connections to a wired IC?
Wireless: Does the Tempest MasterBelt support either 2 -wire or 4-wire connections to a wired IC?
Tempest 2400 MasterBelt supports up to five standard Tempest 2400 beltpacks in Normal mode. In essence it is a mobile base station capable of being a "sixth" beltpack in a mobile wireless system. It doesn't support either 2-wire or 4-wire connections to a wired intercom system, but the beltpack could be connected to a RS-500 or RS-600 beltpack directly with a non-standard cable to each headset jack and patched in to a 2-wire PL intercom.
