Wireless: Can I reuse my PD2203 CEL-SP with a Freespeak II system?
Question: Can I reuse my existing CEL-SP splitters if I upgrade to a new Freespeak II Eclipse system or Freespeak II base station with new FS II transceivers?
Answer: The customers existing splitters can be used but they would benefit by either
- using a recently built unit which has a PLL mod giving more DECT sync stability. Any Splitter with serial number 28TCxxx onward.has had the PLL modification (CO71799) already applied.
- sending their unit back to an approved CC service center for the modification
Note the customer will have to pay for transport cost but the actual parts and labour charge is FOC
