IP: LQ Devices LAN ports

IP: LQ Devices LAN ports

Question: Why does my IP network fail when linking LAN 1 & LAN 2 of a LQ device to same network switch?
Answer: The 2 LAN ports on LQ devices are similar to an unmanaged switch, they are not separate Network Interface Controllers.  So if you make 2 connections between 2 network switches, it would cause a broadcast storm.  Same thing with 2 ports on a LQ device, only link 1 LQ LAN port to one network switch.

Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
