How to assign Concert clients into an Eclipse system
After you’ve had the server installed and populated to your liking, and confirmed the server is on the same IP subnet and network as the Eclipse matrix and the IVC32 card, you hit the “Find” button on the Concert Users tab of the IP Devices tab in ECS or EHX software to “Retrieve Concert Users from Server”. This will find all the clients, show them in the column on the left and make them available in ECS to be assigned.Once they are lined in that Concert User window, just drag the ones you want to work with into an available slot…give them a name and do an APPLY CHANGES with a reset, just as you would a hard client v-panel when assigning those to the configuration map.Then populate the panel mimics in the PANELS Tab and populate the Concert soft panel just like you would do to a normal hard panel. APPLY CHANGES and off you go.
