Matrix: How can I record multiple audio channels on the matrix

There are many ways you can record multiple audio channels on the matrix
Normally a 4wire port on the matrix is assigned to a matrix Partyline (conference) , any audio traffic on the channel is send to the 4wire outport and to any 3rd party recorder / call logger attached to the matrix
The following options are available

  • Using a 4wire "direct" port connected to a PC-sound card or a hard drive recorder

  • Using a E1/T1 "direct" port connected to a PC sund card (E1) or a hard drive recorder  (look at Nice Systems .. for E1 recorders http://www.nice.com/audio/call-recording-loggers
