What is Clear-Com's policy for supporting discontinued products?

Technical Supportand Repair Services for Discontinued and Obsolete Products In general, Clear-Com support and repair policy defines two categories for discontinued products: Discontinued and Obsolete.  The period during which Clear-Com willprovide technical support and repair services in accordance with these Policieswill be limited for products that are either classified as Discontinued ordesignated as Obsolete.  (Note: For Military, Aerospace, and Government customers, please contact your MAG Sales manager for applicability of this policy.)1.   ADiscontinued product will be identified as a “Last-Time-Buy” and will beavailable for sale until the date at which the last-time-buy period ends.  At the end of the last-time-buy period, phone andemail support will continue for seven years.  Parts and Repair service will also continue forseven years from the end date of the last-time-buy period unless parts becomeunavailable, in which case parts and repair service will immediately cease.2.   An Obsolete product will have one year of Technicalsupport following the date it is declared obsolete.  Parts and repair service will be provided during that one-yearperiod unless parts become unavailable, in which case parts and repair servicewill immediately cease. At the end of the support and repair periodsdescribed above, Clear-Com will strive to provide assistance on a best-effortsbasis; however, the availability of any specific parts is not guaranteed. At no time will any enhancement be offered to hardware or software that hasbeen declared Last-Time-Buy or Obsolete.
