LQ: Cannot connect to LQ with Agent-IC via firewall (public IP address)

Question: I would like to use Agent-IC with LQ and connect via 3G/4G. I have set up port forwarding to port 6001 of the LQ and can see that my port is externally open. I have all the right settings in place but my Agent-IC client still doesn't connect.
Answer: Agent-IC uses a certificate to securely connect to LQ. This certificate may need regenerating once your external IP settings are in place, for Agent-IC to connect.
To regenerate the certificate, navigate (in the web-based GUI - CCM) to Device>Network>Security>Default Certificate.
You will see option to Regenerate. Click this button, wait for confirmation and try to reconnect with your Agent-IC client.
“Warning: The external IP address and port should only beconfigured if making this LQ reachable through a firewall. Click on the bluecontext help icon within the navigation bar for more information.”
