When upgrading from a previous version of ECS to ECS V5.1.1
The following steps in the attached document should be followed. The document only outlines which elements of the system need to be upgraded and the upgrade order.
The actual details of each step can be found in the Eclipse upgrade reference manual. It is IMPORTANT that the user has read and fully understood each required process as detailed in the Eclipse reference manual
