Matrix: use of "Off Hook Tally " on TEL-14 causing Eclipse system instability
If customers have an Eclipse system with V4.2 or earlier versions of ECS and experience the following
Slow response time from Panel key press to tally or Audio being present
System switching between config cards for no apparent reason
System downloads taking a long time
Then get them to check and see if the "Off Hook Tally" Check box is set. If it is get them to uncheck it.
This should stabilize the system
Arrangements should be made to upgrade the customer to V5.0 or later as soon as reasonably possible.
