FSII-BASE-II (at firmware v1.0.12.3 or earlier) does not seem to be able to be given a static IP address in the 10.0.0.x range.
This is abug in the Front Panel menu of the FSII BaseII.
The customer can use the web browser CCM to configure the FSII baseII with an IP in the10.0.0.x range.
