You are using two different types of microphone type headsets.The HS4-3 uses an electret microphone while the PH-88 uses a dynamicmicrophone. The electret will have the better sound quality. You may want toconsider our HS16 which is a light weight headset or the HS15 which slightlyheavier. http://www.clearcom.com/product/accessories/intercom-headsets
