Wireless: Having issues with Tempest beltpack operation after upgrade to version 3.00

Question:  I upgraded my Tempest 2400 system from version 2.10 to version 3.0 to take advantage of the seamless roaming feature.  After upgrading the system components (base station and beltpacks) I am having some issues trying to setup roaming on the beltpacks.  They won't setup check marks on the enable roaming option.  Am I doing something incorrectly?
Answer:  We recommend that after upgrading Tempest base stations and beltpacks to version 3.00 that the user initiate a "Clear Memory" and "Factory Default" in the Tech Menu on all beltpacks and base stations.  After performing the Clear Memory option the user will have to reset the following functions on the system:
A.  Reset the Base station Network #
B.  Reset the Base station Lockout #
C.  Reset the Base station LAN settings
D.  Repair all Beltpacks to their respective Base stations
Once these settings are re-initiated the roaming features on the beltpacks can be accessed correctly.
A complete guide to upgrading Tempest systems to version 3.00 is attached below.
