Matrix: Can you explain the nearby panel function and check boxes in ECS?
If two panels are placed next to each other, then the potential for audio feedback is possible if they speak to each other.
The nearby function in the local advance screen disables all audio between the two selected panels
The Matrix Hardware /Global advanced setting "Nearby Panel Partial" can be used to routeaudio from nearby panels to the headsetonly rather than suppressing it, if set.
In summary : A panel loudspeaker will be active when Nearby Panels (in ECS > Local Advance) is set OFF, (unchecked).
