Wireless: Can you recommend a mounting clamp for the Tempest CCT-RT remote antenna?
Question: I am looking for a mounting bracket for the CCT-9RT. It will be mounted in a stadium environment. I have looked around and have been unable to find anything that claims to be compatible with the unit in question. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.
Answer: The Tempest CCT-9RT remote transceiver can be mounted in several different ways.
a. The remote transceiver has a flat 2.5 x 8 inch plate with hole pattern that comes standard with each unit that allows it to be mounted on a wall.
b. The hole pattern on the remote transceiver is compatible with a Bogen clamp model # C1575B which allows the transceiver to be mounted on a pipe or other extrusion or used with a portable mic stand. See picture of the clamp below, the clamp can be purchased thru Clear-Com sales part # BOG-C1575B
