Digital Partyline: Helixnet Intercom hook up to JVC RM-HP250AU
Digital Partyline: Helixnet Intercom hook up to JVC RM-HP250AU
Question: I have a JVC RM-HP250AU CCU and want to connect my Helixnet base using 2W intercom (PL). The Helixnet basestation is fitted with the HLI-2W2 2wire module
Solution: Customer was able to setup the 2W to the cameras. He had to switch SW2 inside the CCU. It had to be switched to 2W mode and he also tweaked VR304 as well as putting the PK-7 inline and now has 2W comms between CCU and Helixnet base
Note: Clear-Com generally recommends setting Camera CCU units into 4wire mode when connecting to any of our intercom products (Party-line mainstations, Helixnet, Wireless basestations or Matrix )
