Matrix: Cellcom integra showing errors on Eclipse matrix
One reason this could happen is when the system is upgraded to a newer version but the E-que card that runs Cellcom/FreeSpeak is not upgraded.
Check the release notes of the new version, such document is included in the Eclipse's DVD, and confirm that the version of the e-que card is the correct one for that version, failing to upgrade the e-que can result in erratic behavior. You can check the version in the card by getting a firmware report from ECS or by getting a "Matrix overview" report within the Event log in ECS.
One of the firmware files for the upgrade of the e-que card requires specialized equipment, if you are planning to upgrade your eclipse system which contains an E-Que or IVC-32 card, please contact your dealer or Clear-com support.
