Matrix: How do I get rid of Matrix +3 inward DTMF check marks in the station port menu?
Matrix: How do I get rid of Matrix +3 inward DTMF check marks in the station port menu?
Inward DTMF check marks should only be applied to Matrix +3 interfaces (especially TEL-14 telephone interface). This allows a user to call into the Matrix +3 frame with a TEL-14 interface and via preprogrammed one or two digit codes access various ports on the Matrix +3 frame.
The setup station port menu screen is greyed out for panels, but if the user goes into the configure menu / local preferences screen and removes the check mark for nearby station partial only then the software will place a check mark in the ports menu for that station.
This is a known bug in M+3 software versions from 2.41 and earlier.
